Protégé thought big. Troy discovered that the casino had a huge gambling wheel in storage that the team could use. For their promotional idea, the team would let every gambler who registered with them spin the wheel, which included the prize of being entered into a drawing for $1,000. Protégé wanted to have a novel and exciting attraction to draw a crowd so they met with the executive producer of the Ferco Brothers Tiger and Illusion show, who just happened to be a 10-year-old wunderkind. The kid agreed to let Protégé use a one of their tigers and some dancers in a cross-promotion. After they had agreed, Troy continued with a little sweet-talk about how this arrangement would be mutually beneficial, but the kid cut Troy off and said, "Let me give you some advice in life: Don't sell when it's already sold." And Troy stopped talking. Even though Protégé was feeling good about their plan, the day was not without friction. Troy and Kwame said that they both wanted to go see the Ferco Brothers' show so that they could pick out a tiger for their promotion. Bill was not happy. He knew that there was a lot of work to be done and that only one person needed to go see the show. Even Kwame, the Project Manager, admitted that only one person needed to go. Kwame just wanted to see the performance.
That evening, The Nick and Amy Flirtation Fest heated up again. Katrina, sick of being in the middle of it, offered the bedroom to Nick and Amy, who didn't take it. Amy said that she knew that Nick had a crush on her. Amy also admitted that she thought that Nick was handsome. She said that she wasn't sure where the relationship was going, but that, "maybe it was time to find out."
Versacorp hired several models to help them get gamblers to register with their team. On the Protégé team, Bill implemented his idea of going after the big fish. He had secured exclusive rights to escort the VIP gamblers from their special hotel check-in line right to Protégé's promotional area. Bill hoped his teammates would appreciate his forethought. It turned out that the other team certainly appreciated Bill's thinking. Amy saw Bill at the hotel VIP check-in line and sent over one of the models to pull VIPs over to Versacorp's registration area. Bill was upset. He told the model that she couldn't be within 50 feet of the VIP area. Later, Bill said, "We're preparing for a full-on war today." Well, the arms race continued when Amy got an even louder public address system than Protégé had. Carolyn and Mark didn't think Amy was helping herself. They thought she was too loud and was only pulling players, who were already spending money, off of their slot machines. The final weapon in the battle was unveiled when Protégé brought out the white tiger. The team got a huge crowd.
