The thought of getting buried alive is scary enough but imagine getting smothered in thousands of worms while desperately trying to breathe through a tiny tube. Fear factor contestant Michael Levofsky lived to tell the tale...

FEAR FACTOR: What were you thinking when you first arrived at the cemetery that night?

MICHAEL LEVOFSKY: Cemeteries are okay and all, but they are a little creepy. It sent a shiver up my spine.

FEAR FACTOR: It must have been especially creepy when you walked up to the open grave and found Joe Rogan standing there with a shovel...

MICHAEL LEVOFSKY: As I saw Joe shoveling dirt out of the grave, I thought that they were going to put us down there in a casket and throw dirt on top of us.

FEAR FACTOR: It actually turned out to be even worse: you were about to be completely buried in thousands and thousands of slimy nightcrawlers. What did that feel like?

MICHAEL LEVOFSKY: The hard part was when they dropped that first bucket of worms on me. Those worms were cold. It sent chills through my body and I started to shake.

FEAR FACTOR: So what was it like once you were all buried in worms and trying to breathe through that little tube in your mouth?

MICHAEL LEVOFSKY: After they put the bucket over my face, I couldn't breathe because I got a little nervous and I bit down on the tube. And the tube wouldn't let the air in and out. So I was panicking, and I was waving my hands, stuff like that.

FEAR FACTOR: What got you through it?

MICHAEL LEVOFSKY: I calmed myself down. I just thought, "There is no way in hell I am quitting before these three minutes are up."
