- Adhesive around mouth
- Ligature marks on wrists and ankles
- No defensive wounds
Analysis/Lab Work:
- Body cavity filled with liquid
- Petechial hemorrhaging in eyes
- Bruising and hemorrhaging in esophagus
Conclusions: Victim was bound and gagged while force-fed water through a tube until drowned.
