  • 08.

    Where is my post?

There is a 30-second delay until your post appears in the social stream. If you don't see your post among the top five, click "expand to see more posts" to see everything.

  • 09.

What does "expand to see more posts" do?

Every 30 seconds, NBC Live brings you the top five curated posts from the highest-rated fans. These fans have the most "likes" and "follows" from fellow fans and NBC community moderators. Your post will be highlighted in light purple and contain the words "your post."

  • 11.

What happens when I follow someone?

When you "follow" someone, that user is automatically added to your "follow" list under the "people" menu. If you want to see only posts from people you are following, click on the "filters" button and choose to see posts only from people "I am following."

I missed the results of the last poll. Is there a way to still see it?

Just beneath the slideshow area are two arrows that you can click to navigate back or return to the latest slide. The slides begin about 15 minutes prior to show time, too!

  • 17.

Why am I not seeing new posts?

There are a couple of reasons you may not be seeing new posts. One, your network signal may be low. Try finding a stronger signal to speed up the refresh of new posts.
