John O' Hurley returns as host of "The National Dog Show Presented By Purina," a purebred canine competition that is part of the Kennel Club of Philadelphia's annual dog show. The show -- one of the oldest and most prestigious sporting events in North America -- is one of only six remaining "benched" dog shows where the public can interact with the show dogs. With expert commentary from David Frei, "the dean" of dog show commentators, the show is expected to feature more than 2,000 of the nation's leading canines in a wide array of more than 150 breeds and varieties, all vying for "Best in Show" honors.

This original animated holiday special begins at the height of the holiday season as two sisters spend a taxi ride in New York City listening to an exciting tale from a gruff but amiable cabbie, voiced by Danny DeVito. The cabbie shares the story of a boy named Leo who moves with his family from the Midwest to Manhattan just before Christmas. Overwhelmed by the city's size and palette of unfamiliar faces, Leo finds solace only in his dog, Ramona, who gets loose during a walk through Central Park. When a magical creature named Little Spirit appears to help find Ramona, Leo learns that Christmas trees can act as portals, and the two of them spend the night combing through New York City. As they pop in and out of trees, they meet people of various nationalities, religions, and ages. Each interaction comes with an offer of assistance, and Leo learns to embrace this eclectic group of friends as they help to make his new home a warm and inviting place. Cast members include Lucy Liu, Freddy Rodriguez, Brian Williams, and Brenda Song. Tony Award-winning songwriter Duncan Sheik ("Spring Awakening") served as composer.
