Biography
Constance Zimmer stars as Colleen on NBC's new one-hour romantic comedy "Love Bites." The series features three loosely connected, modern stories of love, sex, marriage and dating. Colleen is happily married to Judd Rouscher, played by Greg Grunberg ("Heroes"), and the couple lives in Venice Beach, California, where Judd owns a tattoo parlor.
Zimmer currently recurs in HBO's hit series "Entourage," in which she plays Dana Gordon, the head of a studio and the ex-girlfriend of Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven). Recently, Zimmer appeared as a regular on David E. Kelley's acclaimed drama "Boston Legal," playing the sharp-tongued attorney Claire Simms. That role was preceded by a recurring role on ABC's "In Justice," in which Zimmer played a lawyer who grows up privileged and is fighting to earn the respect of her peers, as well as "Good Morning, Miami," from the creators of "Will & Grace," in which she played the burned-out assistant Penny.
Zimmer booked her first TV guest-starring roles on the hit shows "Seinfeld" and "Ellen." Working steadily ever since, she has appeared in recurring roles and guest-starred on "The New Adventures of Old Christine," "King of Queens," "The X-Files," "Philly," "Providence," "Gideon's Crossing," "Joan of Arcadia," "The Wayans Brothers," "Hyperion Bay," "The Trouble with Normal" and "The Fighting Fitzgeralds," to name a few.
