Doctor's Commentary
The Northern family is super strong as a team, but the head of the family is dad Patrick, who's in disbelief about how urgent his case is: high cholesterol, high blood pressure, pre-diabetic and obese by all criteria.
Patrick wants his wife Kim to be healthy too, but she has similar problems. Their 14-year-old twins are headed down the same dangerous road as their parents. This family has to stop their "road trip" to diabetes and heart disease, and find a new path of wellness as the strong family team they are together.
