The Franklin Family is in need of a new boss. Mom Amy has been the boss of the family, but not by choice. Amy was been in good shape before, but she's not doing well now, and neither is Todd. Todd, the father of the family, has been in denial, and his health issues are also part of the family denial.

Amy needs to reconnect with her husband in a new way. Their girls will benefit from it, as will the family as a whole.
