A triple murder and double kidnapping leaves two children missing and SVU hot on the trail of convicted child sex offender Gitano just recently released from prison. Dr. Huang meets with Gitano's correctional therapist Dr. Greenfield who provides hours of tape indicating Gitano's sick pattern of unapologetic lying and violent sexual abuse. Going off a tip from a bank employee who encountered Gitano and the kids, SVU sets up a sting operation in a busy bus terminal.
