Tandi McCain, a sixteen-year-old girl, has been missing for days and is discovered in an unfinished building on a college campus, alive. After questioning the victim, Benson and Stabler learn she is taking a summer course on the college campus and was studying at the library when pulled into the building by three men in uniforms. She was kept there for several days and raped. Our detectives begin to question several cadet partygoers who attended a party that night, directly across from the building where she was found. We realize Tandi's story has some holes when the cadets reveal her presence at the party.
