A story about eldery abuse. A woman is attacked at a club, her car is stolen and her baby is thrown out of her car window. At the hospital they realize the baby has drugs in his system. The woman is clearly a drug addict and refuses to cooperate. In the end, Stabler finds out that she was attacked by the same couple who she has been getting her drugs from. This couple has been stealing drugs from the guy's elderly mother (it's her prescription) and abusing her. The elderly woman doesn't want to confess this out of guilt from not raising him right. Also in this episode, Stabler's 16 year old daughter Kathleen is picked up for a DUI and Stabler is forced to deal with his daughter's brush with the law.
