Lucy Prichard, 20 months old, is taken while playing at the park. She is found in the bushes with a laceration and has severe brain swelling. At first Huang and Stabler think it's a pedophile who did this. After the Doctor examines Lucy, she is diagnosed with shaken baby syndrome. Stabler concludes the attack happened between 12 and 48 hours earlier.
