Jacob Nesbit, a nine year old boy, is found eating food out of a trash can. Benson and Stabler are called to the scene because they fear he is a victim of child abuse. The detectives pay his mother a visit and sense something isn't right. Their mother was brainwashing her sons by telling him how evil the outside world is. That night, Jacob is shot to death by his older brother dam, who thought he was saving him from harm.
