Josie Bisset (Melrose Place) returns to television. She plays ("Jennifer") a pregnant woman who still chooses to drink knowing it can cause Fetal Alcohol Syndrome to her unborn child. The father of the baby takes her to court in order to stop her from drinking. Becomes a unique case of Roe v. Wade v. Father.
