Asian women in Chinatown are the victims of a serial rapist/killer. DNA evidence is found at one of the crime scenes, and it traces back to a dying African-American prisoner who committed multiple rapes twenty-five years prior. As there is no way the man could be the perp, the detectives theorize that the man must have sired a child during one of his rapes.
