The death of a young boy leads Benson and Stabler to a violent child molester, released back into the community after 20 years. The suspect’s alibi comes through, and upon his discharge is murdered at the hands of the victim’s angry father; only later to discover the actual killers were the two teenaged eye-witnesses.
