A woman is found on top of parked car, the apparent victim of someone who pushed her out of a sixth floor window. Benson and Stabler learn the woman was having simultaneous affairs with both her shrink and a married national anchorman. Further investigation yields that the woman, as a child, was sexually abused by her father. The victim's sister appears to identify the body and the detectives use her to nail the father for his past abuse. Eventually, a suicide note reveals the woman killed herself to expose the father, the shrink, and the anchorman for all the abuses (physical and mental) they committed against her.
