How do I vote?
Each contestant will be assigned a toll-free number at the start of the season, which they will keep for however long they remain in the jungle. To vote, simply watch I'm a Celebrity... Or log on to www.nbc.com to vote online. Voting will open at the start of the East Coast airing of the show. How many times can I vote?
You may vote up to 10 times via online voting and up to 10 times via toll-free telephone voting. Any additional votes you attempt to cast above these limits will NOT count. Producer reserves the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process. Rules and procedures are subject to change at Producer's sole discretion without notice.

Please note that if you call the toll-free numbers from a phone service which either blocks originating telephone numbers, or aggregates originating telephone numbers into a single billing number, you may not be able to cast your votes via toll-free as there is a 10 vote per originating number limit. Many VOIP services, for instance, pass toll-free calls through a single originating number. This means that we are unable to distinguish your number from the many others who are also calling, and we will block your call as if you have exceeded your 3 vote limit. If this occurs, please vote online or use another telephone service to call the toll-free numbers.

How much does it cost to vote?
Telephone calls to the I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! voting lines are toll-free from landlines. If you use a wireless phone to call the I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! voting lines, airtime and applicable roaming and long distance charges will apply. Internet voting costs are subject to standard access charges.

Can I vote by using my cell phone?
Yes, you can vote using your cell phone, although airtime and applicable roaming charges will apply when calling toll-free numbers from wireless phones. Contact your cell phone service provider if you want to know how much you will be charged.

I couldn't get through to the lines - all I get is a fast busy signal or a carrier error message when I call – why?
Although the telephone network is designed to handle large volumes of calls simultaneously, there may be times (particularly just after the numbers appear on the show) when it will not be able to handle every single call due to the sheer volume. If you are calling during a valid vote window but can't get through to cast your vote, be patient and try again.

If you hear the fast busy signal, it may be that you are calling outside of the voting window. When your voting window closes, lines will switch from a 'thank you for voting' message to a busy signal or local carrier error message.

If you are sure you are calling within your voting window but still can't get through, it may be that your local phone company has been flooded with calls. Try waiting a few minutes before calling again. Also, please note that if you call the toll-free numbers from a phone service which either blocks originating telephone numbers, or aggregates originating telephone numbers into a single billing number, you may not be able to cast your votes via toll-free as there is a 10 vote per originating number limit. Many VOIP services, for instance, pass toll-free calls through a single originating number. This means that we are unable to distinguish your number from the many others who are also calling, and we will block your call as if you have exceeded your 10 vote limit. If this occurs, please vote online or use another telephone service to call the toll-free numbers.

Can I vote if I subscribe to a digital phone service or VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) service?
Yes, you can vote if you subscribe to some digital or internet-based phone systems, such as Vonage or Skype. However, please note that if you call the toll-free numbers from a phone service which either blocks originating telephone numbers, or aggregates originating telephone numbers into a single billing number, you may not be able to cast your votes via toll-free as there is a 10 vote per originating number limit.

What will I hear if I call the toll-free numbers?
Voting opens during the East Coast airing of the show. While voting is open, you will hear a pre-recorded message thanking you for voting. Each contestant will have his or her own number read/shown on air, and the phone message will confirm your vote has been cast.
After the voting window, no more votes will be accepted and lines will play out a busy signal or local carrier error message.

How do I vote online?
Internet voting will be open during the times stated above (see the When can I vote? section). To vote, log on to www.nbc.com and follow the instructions to vote including completing the form provided. Then, select for whom you wish to vote from the list of contestants. You must be 13 years or older to vote online. If done correctly, you will get a message on your screen thanking you for voting. You may vote up to 10 times online – any attempts over 10 will not count. Outside of the vote window, the online vote page will not appear and you will not be able to cast your vote.

How do I find out the results?
The results of the elimination vote will be revealed in subsequent episodes of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Stay tuned to see how your votes impacted the results.

What's being done about power dialing or large blocks of votes?
Although there is a vote limit (10 votes per vote method), Production will have in place weekly monitoring procedures designed to prevent individuals from unfairly influencing the outcome of the voting by generating significant blocks of votes using technical enhancements. Producer reserves the right to remove any identified 'power dialing' votes. These procedures apply to toll-free and online voting.

Why can't I vote via the toll-free numbers using a payphone?
Votes from payphones will be blocked. To vote for your favorite contestant, use a standard land line telephone, cell phone, or log onto www.nbc.com.

    3. How to Vote:

3.1. Toll-free. To cast a vote using the toll-free phone numbers, simply dial the toll-free numbers displayed on screen during the show relating to your contestant of choice (For example, call 1-877-5-KEEP-01 / 1-877-553-3701 for ANGELA - Contestant 1). Here are the elimination toll-free vote numbers:
    1 877 5 KEEP 01 / 1 877 553 3701 = Angela
    1 877 5 KEEP 02 / 1 877 553 3702 = Frances
    1 877 5 KEEP 03 / 1 877 553 3703 = Heidi
    1 877 5 KEEP 04 / 1 877 553 3704 = Janice
    1 877 5 KEEP 05 / 1 877 553 3705 = John
    1 877 5 KEEP 06 / 1 877 553 3706 = Lou
    1 877 5 KEEP 07 / 1 877 553 3707 = Patti
    1 877 5 KEEP 08 / 1 877 553 3708 = Sanjaya
    1 877 5 KEEP 09 / 1 877 553 3709 = Spencer
    1 877 5 KEEP 10 / 1 877 553 3710 = Stephen
    1 877 5 KEEP 11 / 1 877 553 3711 = Torrie
    1 877 5 KEEP 12 / 1 877 553 3712 = Daniel
    1 877 5 KEEP 13 / 1 877 553 3713 = Holly

If you are calling during your valid vote window you will hear a short message thanking you for your vote. There is no cost for voting via the toll-free number if you are calling from a landline. If you are calling from a cell phone, airtime and applicable roaming charges will apply. You may only vote up to 10 (ten) times per originating telephone number per vote window. Any calls made after your 10th vote will receive a busy signal and will NOT be counted. Outside of active voting windows, you will hear a busy signal or local carrier error message, and your call will not count as a vote. A vote window is determined by the times defined above. Calls from payphones will be blocked, so to vote, use a standard landline or cell phone instead. Callers dialing from phone systems which use aggregated billing numbers may experience busy signals as the vote system will recognize your number as having exceeded the 10 vote limit. This is beyond the control of Producer.

At times, including during the live broadcast, Producer in its sole discretion may allow a celebrity to be granted immunity from the elimination vote. Thus, please wait to vote until you are prompted to do so during the Program broadcast to ensure that you know which celebrities are up for elimination before you cast your vote. If you vote for a celebrity who is not up for elimination, those votes will be deemed null and void.

Power dialing occurs when individuals unfairly influence the outcome of the voting system by generating significant blocks of votes using technical enhancements. Producer will have in place monitoring procedures designed to prevent this type of occurrence on "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here!" If Producer believes that power-dialing votes were made, it reserves the right to remove these votes from the final tally. Note that these monitoring procedures apply to online voting as well as toll-free.

3.2. Online voting. If you are 13 years of age or older, you may also vote online up to 10 times per email address per voting window. Log on to NBC.com, follow the links to vote, and enter the registration details. To register, you will need to provide your date of birth, e-mail address, zip code, gender, confirm you are 13 years of age or older, and confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions. After you have registered, enter your vote choice where prompted. You can vote up to 10 times per email address during the active online vote window.

You will have the opportunity to receive promotional materials from NBC.com if you are 13 years of age or older by clicking the opt-in box. Information collected from entrants is subject to the NBC Universal Privacy Policy (www.nbc.com.) For full information on how to vote using each voting method, please refer to the FAQs section on NBC.com.

PLEASE NOTE THAT VIEWERS 13+ MAY VOTE VIA ONLINE OR TOLL-FREE, BUT YOU NEED TO BE 18+ TO DONATE TO THE I'M A CELEBRITY CHARITY FUND.

    4. Cost of Voting:
4.1 Toll-free voting. Voting using the toll-free numbers is free from landline telephones. If you are calling from a cell phone, airtime and applicable roaming charges will apply.
4.2 Internet voting. Internet voting costs are subject to standard access charges.

    5. Disclaimers:
LWT Productions, ITV Studios Inc., NBC Universal, Inc. and/or Telescope, Inc. and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities and persons (collectively, the "Administrators") are not responsible for and shall not be liable for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, misdirected or incomplete text messages; difficulties, failures or malfunctions of phones (including wireless phones/handsets), phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; cellular equipment towers, telephone systems or wireless services; interrupted or unavailable networks or servers; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion or for any technical problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted.

If for any reason the voting is not capable of being executed as planned, or if there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures, or if any other causes beyond the control of Administrators corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this voting, Producer, in consultation with the Network and Telescope, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw the transmission of any vote. Furthermore, Producer, in consultation with the Network and Telescope, may permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these rules, and to terminate or suspend voting at any point and declare the vote results based on the votes up to that point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking or other interference that the results would not reflect actual valid votes should the voting continue. In the event of technical difficulties with the online voting or telephone voting, Producer, in consultation with the Network and Telescope, reserves the right to review the votes for accuracy and to take any appropriate action, including, without limitation, voiding the votes cast during the time period in which such technical difficulties occurred. Administrators and their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this vote. Administrators are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of voting information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, for any human or electronic error, or for votes that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, or late.

These rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Administrators. Notification regarding any such change will be posted at NBC.com.

Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Administrators reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    6. Conditions for Voting:
Producer, in consultation with the Network and Telescope, reserves the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process, or for any other reason, as determined by Producer in its sole discretion.

Administrators are not responsible for any damages to voters' device(s) that may occur from use of service. Producer, in consultation with the Network and Telescope, reserves the right, for any reason and in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the voting service without prior notice.

Producer, in consultation with the Network and Telescope, reserves the right to modify the show's contest rules, and the terms and conditions of this voting process at any time in its sole discretion.

The prize awarded to the winner of "I'm A Celebrity...Get Me out Of Here" on-air is subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualifications of that program.

    7. Voting Results
The result of the vote will be from all votes received by the Producer of the Program at the time when the result is calculated, after the entry methods have closed. The contestant who receives the least votes shall be eliminated from the Series. Following the penultimate episode, the contestant that receives the greatest number of votes from all votes cast via online and toll-free will be declared the Grand Prize winner.

In the event of a tie, where two or more contestants receive the same number of votes (either joint lowest in the weekly eliminations or joint highest votes in the finale), or in the event that the outcome of a vote cannot be reasonably determined because of a technical failure or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Producer, the advancement of contestants, and/or the selection of the Grand Prize winner of the Series will be made by Producer in consultation with the Network and Telescope, or, a second vote will be open to viewers to break the tie.

Congratulations to Lou Diamond Phillips, the crowned King of the Jungle!
