Actor and comedian Vic Cohen was born in Cleveland, Ohio’s Mt. Sinai Hospital, delivered by a Dr. Marvin Rubinstein - weighing 9 pounds 3 ounces. Vic was promptly circumcised eight days later (bringing his weight down to 8 pounds 3 ounces) and he has been crying intermittently ever since.
