I would like dateline to do a story on a company called Capital Corporation. It is a company that pretends to be a law firm and harrasses people in very illegal ways to collect debt. They have been harrassing me and even sent hatefull information via several fax numbers to my employer with my SSN and ID on the fax with very hateful and false information. When you call them they harrass and threaten you with police warrants etc. If you google this company there are hundreds of complaints about them, they do not offer their physical address and as per lawyers that i have contacted they are using a shell as a name but they are originall from Costa Rica.
I think in the economic crisis there are many violations taking place with debt collectors. I have forwarded my complaints to the FBI, BBB and FTC. I am surprised that this company has been allowed to do business. If you need copies of all the threats please let me know i can forward that to you.
