"Sorry to disappoint. Mulligan says. "I was teleported there, then teleported away just as suddenly. I wish I knew where it was, but no such luck."

"What did Samuel want with you?"

"He was trying to recruit me," Mulligan replies. "No idea why. One thing's for sure, he's planning something big. Who is he? What do we know about this guy?"

"I've been… working with Noah Bennet. Samuel's been going after Noah's daughter, Claire."

"You and Noah, huh?" Mulligan teases. Lauren's silence burns Mulligan's ear. Better change the subject. "So, what's the plan?"
