By submitting your photos, music or other materials, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
You must be a US resident 18 years of age or older to submit.
Your photos, music or other materials ("Submission") must be original, truthful and must not contain any music or otherwise infringe upon any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and rights of privacy and publicity. You must have the permission of all persons appearing in your Submission for you to submit your Submission for use by us. By submitting your Submission you grant HEROES and NBC Universal, Inc. ("NBCU") a non-exclusive, royalty-free,
perpetual, unrestricted, irrevocable and fully sublicensable right and license (but not the obligation) to use, modify, distribute, and display your Submission (in whole or in part) on the ite and/or on any other website, or in any other program, in any form, in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed, throughout the world, in perpetuity. You will not be paid for your Submission or for granting NBCU these rights. You will not be given a credit if your Submission is used, except that NBCU may, in its sole discretion, post or say your first name, last initial, city and/or state, in connection with your Submission. The decision to post or use any Submission is solely within NBCU's discretion, and NBCU has no obligation to make any use of any Submission.
