"Democratize Survival" was a cryptic message located on a map that Evolutions players discovered on the Corinthian Casino website. You can see the map for yourself here: http://www.corinthianlasvegas.com/archive/asian.shtml?item=28.
From there, a note led players back to the Primatech Paper website. Go to the "About" page and click on the helix in the upper-left corner. When prompted to enter your username and password, use:

This took players into Primatech's "assignment tracker" where they could click on A1012 and enter another username and password to access Drucker's file:
