It All Started With A Business Card
In the episode "Godsend," Noah Bennet hands Suresh a Primatech Paper business card. On the card, is a 1-800 number and website URL. At the Primatech website, players applied for jobs with the paper company as their entryway into the Heroes universe.

The Heroes interactive "2 Screen Experience" also launched this night. Anyone could log on during the broadcast to participate in polls, quizzes, and get trivia on their web browsers while watching the show.
Tuesday, January 23:
Players who signed up to experience Heroes 360 by phone, received a text message inviting them to apply for jobs at Primatech Paper.
If they replied "yes" to this message, they received a message from Hana Gitelman, also known as "Wireless," saying, "You'll be hearing from me again soon. We have a lot to do together."
Those who already applied at the Primatech website, received confirmation emails and text messages regarding their applications.
Wednesday, January 24:
A reminder text message was sent out to those who hadn't applied for jobs at Primatech.
"Hav u applied @ www.primatechpaper.com? Pswrd is MT36. Do this so we can start wrking 2gether to bring 'em all down."
Thursday, January 25:
Different emails and text messages were dispatched depending on how players answered the Primatech Application form.
Response One
"Thank you for your interest in Primatech Paper and taking the time to complete our employee application.
We are always interested in unique individuals with special abilities to help us provide the best service to our many clients.
Please retain this email for your records. A Primatech Paper representative will be contacting you in a few weeks with the next steps."
Response Two

Unfortunately, after reviewing your submission, we don't have any openings that match your skill-set at this time. You are always welcome to re-apply at a later date."
