What is Heroes All Access?
Heroes All Access is a fan club for the most avid Heroes fans, offering exclusive merchandise, content and access to VIP experiences and events.
How much does it cost to join Heroes All Access and Heroes All Access VIP?
Heroes All Access is $29.95 and Heroes All Access VIP is $49.95 per year. Becoming a standard myNBC member is free.
What is the duration of the Heroes All Access and Heroes All Access VIP memberships?
Both Heroes All Access and Heroes All Access VIP memberships are active for the duration of both Season 3 and Season 4, which includes the Season 3 membership kit. Dates of duration are March 30th, 2009 through April 31, 2010. At the time a Season 4 membership kit is available, you will have the opportunity to purchase separately.
What are the benefits of becoming a Heroes All Access or Heroes All Access VIP member?

When will I receive my Heroes All Access membership kit in the mail?
Membership kits typically will arrive 6-8 weeks from the confirmed order date. If you have not received your kit in this time, please contact membership@heroesallaccess.com for further details.
When will I receive my first newsletter?
The newsletter will be distributed via email monthly. You will automatically receive copies of the corresponding month's email as published.
When will my credit card be charged for my purchase?
Upon purchase, your credit card will immediately have a hold for the funds placed on it. Within 48 hours, the full charge will be applied if your charge is approved.

Can membership kits be shipped outside the United States & Canada?
Membership kits are not available to ship outside the United States & Canada at this time. Please check back at a later date to see if this has changed.
