Stefano and EJ continue to disagree about whether Rafe has outlived his usefulness. Stefano fills in Rafe on his plan to erase his memories and ultimately vows to proceed without EJ's approval. Meanwhile, EJ is displeased that the imposter has not yet succeeded in alienating Johnny - his son still adores "Rafe." In the aftermath of her miscarriage, Melanie extends an olive branch to Chloe. Meanwhile, Nathan and Philip argue about Melanie. Maggie urges Nathan to proceed slowly with Melanie, but he is determined to win her back. Later, Melanie tells Philip she forgives him, and they begin to discuss their future. Daniel is pained when his name is removed from Parker's birth certificate, and Philip's is added. Abigail surprises Jennifer with her homecoming. She expresses her anger with Jack and her support of her mother. Later, Abigail is surprised to witness Jennifer and Daniel's embrace. Hope is at loose ends now that Bo's gone back to work, and she spends time with Jennifer and Julie.
