Jennifer's life is literally in Daniel's hands as he manages to get her heart going. Melanie is in awe as she watches her father work and realizes that he is doing for Jennifer what he did for her. Later, Jennifer is taken to the hospital and put in the ICU. Abe informs Bo and Carly that they may be released soon – however, the same might not be true for Hope. Abe goes and Carly tells Bo that when they do get out, she will not be going home to his place. Carly says she can't stand in the way of him and Hope. If she did, it wouldn't be fair and quite honestly, she wants to have the same kind of relationship Bo and Hope do. Later, Carly is freed and she goes. Bo tells Roman that he and Carly split, and now he must focus on freeing Hope. At the same time, Carly thanks Daniel for saving Jennifer's life. Victor promises Maggie he won't kick Chloe when she's down. However, he's later visited by Kate, who is euphoric over the opportunity of getting Parker away from Chloe. This leaves Victor, after his promise to Maggie, in a bit of a quandary. Nicole finds Taylor and explains her bad reaction to seeing her sister. Taylor understands and hopes Nicole doesn't think she was trying to take advantage of her. Nicole knows that wasn't her intent and gives Taylor money for a motel and bus fair. Later, Nicole calls her mom and tells her that Taylor is headed back to her, but after Taylor has a run in with Abe and Lexie, the Carvers invite Taylor to stay with them for the night.
