Nicole arrives home to find EJ and Taylor together. EJ, wanting to ask for a divorce, tells Nicole he needs to speak with her alone. Nicole deliberately plays him and Taylor by "assuming" he wants her sister to move out of the house. Before EJ can reveal the truth, her cell rings and Nicole sees it’s her lab technician. She lies that Chloe needs her because she’s distraught about her divorce, and she goes. Taylor feels guiltier than ever.
