Back at the mansion, EJ is grateful to Nicole for her alliance and thanks her by finally taking off her tracking bracelet. The moment grows intimate and EJ winds up kissing her. Down in the basement, Rafe gets dizzy and passes out. Stefano revives him. Rafe wonders why DiMera is going through so much trouble to keep him alive. Back at the loft, Sami starts to get frisky with imposter Rafe. They begin to make love. Meanwhile, Gabi confides to Will that she's bothered that her brother isn't acting quite himself... Bo is released from custody. Hope is surprised to learn that Bo and Carly have broken up and that Carly has moved out of the house. Justin works on Hope's case and is cautiously optimistic. Later, Bo arranges for Ciara to visit, and the family shares an emotional reunion. At the hospital, Carly reveals to Jennifer that she's no longer with Bo.
