Alone with Sami, Arianna tells her she still has the proof. Arianna suddenly codes again, and this time, the doctors can't save her and she dies. The family is devastated. Nearby, EJ vows he will make sure Arianna did not die in vain. Vivian makes a plea to Nicole, offering her all the money in the world in exchange for her freedom. Nicole resists, but she's worried about what Arianna's death will do to Brady. Later, she goes to him to offer him comfort. Kate has overheard Brady's cryptic reference to Arianna about monitoring Vivian. Worried that Vivian will somehow find her way back into Philip's life, Kate gets Henderson to let her into the manse. She's shocked to learn Nicole's living there. In Vivian's room, she finally finds the monitor and is stunned to see trapped Vivian.
