Hope awakens, escapes detection by Ciara, and leaves the mansion. Later, Carly has a puzzling encounter with Hope. Nicole comes face-to-face with Dr. Baker and the mystery of how he cheated death is revealed. Nicole makes clear she knows that Baker is behind the muggings and vows to turn him in, refusing all pleas for a deal. Meanwhile, Arianna learns the attacker might be a woman. Nicole goes to the police station and witnesses Brady and Arianna kissing. She also hears Arianna reiterate that she has no alibi for Brady’s mugging. Later, Nicole calls Baker, who is with Hope, and tells him they can make a deal - if his next victim is Arianna. While Chloe has it out with a puzzled Carly, Daniel confronts the motel clerk. However, the motel clerk convinces Daniel that he’s never met Chloe. Later, a devastated Chloe overhears Daniel tell Carly he has doubts about Chloe’s story. Carly comforts him as Daniel takes the blame. At the same time, Vivian resets herself as Carly’s enemy to Chloe, and suggests they work together. Will Chloe take the bait?
