Arianna has died, and all are grief-stricken. Rafe and Gabi decide to follow Arianna's wishes to be an organ donor. EJ asks Sami if she's happy about Arianna dying. Sami and EJ get into it, and Lexie sends EJ home. Sami and Will worry about EJ finding the recording with Sami admitting she shot him. Meanwhile, Stefano thinks he can help EJ find the proof Arianna said she had. He reveals he had Marco continuing to follow her, but when they call Marco they learn Arianna had given him the slip. EJ remains determined to find the proof. Later, Sami knows EJ will stop at nothing to find the truth, and wonders if the recorder is in Arianna's room. She decides she has to get in there to look for it. Kate goes to the mausoleum to see for herself that Vivian is in Isabella's sarcophagus. Vivian plays on Kate's desire for revenge against Victor to get her to open the lid. Kate then starts to remember her past with Vivian and how awful she was to her. Vivian gets her to focus on revenge. Just when it looks like Kate might press the lever to open the lid, Victor comes in. When he asks what she's doing there, she reveals she knows everything - what Brady and Nicole have done and Victor's complicity. Victor asks how much she wants. Vivian fears Kate will be bought off. Kate tells Victor he's done some despicable things – but this isn't one of them. Kate joins forces with Victor to keep Vivian locked away. Hope continues questioning April's death in the prison infirmary. Bo has gotten special privileges to visit Hope. He tells her about Arianna's death and how Arianna forgave Hope. She must now forgive herself. Hope gets into her suspicions about April's death, and thinks there might be a cover-up. Bo cautions her to be careful. Hope thinks Jane's got her back. At the same time, Jane tells Lee not to worry about Hope – she knows what to do if things get out of control.
