Hope is just about to torch Bo when Daniel shows up looking for Carly. Hope hides as Daniel enters and finds Bo unconscious. Daniel realizes Bo is soaked in gasoline, and tries to revive him. As Hope pulls her gun, she's thwarted by approaching sirens. Roman arrives with the paramedics on a call from an anonymous tipster. Hope hears, and realizes it must have been Dr. Baker. She slips out undetected as Bo's rushed to the hospital. Later, Hope confronts Dr. Baker. He claims he tipped off the cops out of love he has for her. Hope's worried Bo will survive and remember what she did to him. She dashes to the hospital to finish him off. Hope arrives and Daniel manages to save Bo to Carly's deep relief. When Hope overhears that Bo is still unconscious, she slips into his room. Roman shows up to tell Daniel and Carly that along with the gasoline, incendiary devices were found spread around the house. It looks like someone was trying to burn down the house – with Bo in it. At the same time, Hope hovers over Bo, ready to take his life. Rafe listens in on EJ and Nicole discussing their secret truce. However, he doesn't find out what it is, and wonders if he should bother. He goes to the DiMera mansion despite himself, and finds Sami there. He tells her about EJ and Nicole's conversation. Sami accuses him of being jealous. Both get angry and Rafe storms out. Rafe goes to the Brady Pub for a drink, and sees Nicole. He decides to investigate her, and leaves to snoop around her place. Meanwhile, Sami has doubts regarding EJ off Rafe's visit and probes about his conversation with Nicole. EJ comes right out with it, appearing honest as he tells her Nicole was trying to make up with him. Sami tells EJ she's starting to trust him more and more and wants to stay at the mansion with him. Chloe goes to the hospital looking for Daniel after their fight and runs into Carly who is trying to set up a paternity test for next week. Chloe's surprised to see how upset Carly is off hearing about Chloe and Daniel fighting, and Chloe admits she understands Carly's point of view. The women bond slightly over their mutual goal of wanting Daniel to be happy. Chloe seeks out Father Matt, tells him she's pregnant and Philip may be the father. Father Matt says he won't lie for her, but won't seek out Daniel to tell the truth. Instead he urges Chloe to do that and will pray for her. Alone, Chloe thinks she may have nothing to lose. Telling the truth may be her only answer.
