Outside of her own house, Hope realizes Ciara has the stolen wallets. Before Ciara can show Bo her treasures, Baker causes a distraction, and Hope is able to retrieve the wallets without Bo, Caroline, or Ciara noticing. Hope shares a genuine bonding moment with Baker. Later, Ciara realizes her treasures are missing, and sees Hope and Baker hugging outside through the window. Chloe rejects Vivian's suggestion that she should lure Carly into an elevator death trap. At Maggie's urging, Victor returns home to Vivian, warning her that their deal is off if anything happens to Carly. Later, Victor and Vivian leave on their honeymoon. Meanwhile, Chloe imagines telling Daniel the truth, and it ends very badly. Then Carly calls and again reminds Chloe she needs to tell the truth about being unfaithful. At the breaking point, Chloe calls the number Vivian gave her and sets the plan against Carly in motion. Meanwhile, Carly is alone at work on the graveyard shift. In counterpoint, Daniel talks to Maggie about his happy future with Chloe. Philip comes close to telling Melanie that he and Chloe slept together. However, after seeing her reaction to Nathan, he loses his nerve. After making love to Nathan, Stephanie learns that he's in no rush to start a family. She realizes the idiocy of her ways and talks to Adrienne. Adrienne suggests Stephanie take a pill which will prevent her from getting pregnant but won't hurt the baby if she's already pregnant. Stephanie takes her advice. Nathan surprises her at her apartment and sees the packaging in the trash.
