Nicole reunites with Chloe and avoids real answers of how she got out of prison. Meanwhile, Brady covers with Melanie about why he and Arianna didn't marry. She urges him to marry her as does Rafe when he meets with Arianna. Later, Nicole shocks Brady by showing up to the Kiriakis mansion and asking for a job. When he refuses, Nicole opens up to him. Brady doesn't bite and takes a business call. He asks her to see her way out and exits. However, when Arianna shows up and knocks on the Kiriakis door, she is shocked to find Nicole there. EJ becomes closer to Sami off her break up with Rafe. He discovers Benny has been arrested and pulls some strings to get him released. He returns to Sami, and their bond grows when they embrace in a hug. Later, Rafe is furious when he learns Benny has been released and threatens D.A. Woods for letting it happen. Abe pulls Rafe off of him and Rafe storms out. Stefano finds Anna, who finally admits her role in Sydney's kidnapping. Fearing for her life, Anna surprises Stefano with new information. While Daniel realizes his injuries remain serious, he and Carly grow closer as friends, and Chloe is threatened. Chloe twists Carly's words when she talks to Melanie and is pleased when Melanie and Carly have problems once again.
