Rafe encourages Sami to get everything out in the open, still believing Will shot EJ. Later, Roman stops by, setting he's on his way to get a statement from EJ. Apparently he's lucid enough now to talk. Sami, thinking about shooting EJ, hopes he won't remember anything. Rafe notes it won't stop Stefano from going after whoever did this. Later, after Roman goes, Rafe continues to press Sami. Finally, she snaps and says she knows who shot EJ. At the same time, EJ tells Stefano he knows who shot him. He claims he shot himself. He explains that he was drunk and thinking about committing suicide that night. Stefano corrects him by stating the facts. He believes it was most likely Sami, although now that he knows EJ took the gun out of the drawer, it could still be Will. Roman arrives to take EJ's statement. Will EJ finger Sami? Vivian hopes Nicole will turn Brady in and get her out of the sarcophagus, but Brady starts to play Nicole. Vivian thinks Nicole is going to seduce Brady to get her out. However, Nicole is the one who falls for Brady's seduction instead. Philip and Melanie lose another house and they find out Victor's behind it. It's clear his intention is to keep them at Maggie's so he'll have an excuse to visit Maggie. Maggie is perplexed. She told him there could be nothing between them. Philip makes a decision and decides he and Melanie will move back into the mansion. Victor has no choice but to accept this. However, he's slightly disappointed as is Maggie...
