While Daniel wants to reach Chloe and Melanie tells Maggie how all is finally resolved in her mind, Chloe and Philip reel from their mistaken beliefs. Afterwards, they go off to have it out with their respective love interests. To their horror, Philip realizes Melanie was saying goodbye to Nathan while Chloe comes to realize Daniel could not have been even close to being unfaithful. Melanie and Daniel each see that Chloe and Philip are a mess. While sleeping, Rafe cannot get Sami out of his mind. Meanwhile, EJ and Sami discuss whether or not Sami should move into the DiMera mansion with the twins. Sami fights EJ on this as EJ tries to convince her it would be best for their family. Before more can be said, Rafe shows up. After EJ excuses himself, Sami tells Rafe of EJ's idea and Rafe goes off on her. Stefano and Will play a game of chess as Stefano tries to get to know his grandson-in-law. After Will leaves, EJ and Stefano realize Rafe might be a hitch in their plan. Stefano finds Rafe at the Cheatin' Heart, and hints at having information on Anna. At the same time, after speaking to Will, Sami has a change of heart. Hope meets with the player and reveals her secret agenda. He is a little wary of Hope, but she makes him an offer he cannot refuse.
