Under Hilda's watch, Sami manages to escape and check out the nearby convent. She strikes up a conversation with Sister Theresa, saying her name is Colleen. Rafe spies on EJ as he talks to Hope. Hope asks EJ point blank if Stefano was involved with the mayor's murder but EJ denies knowledge. Rafe later hears Julie tell Hope that EJ will do anything for his kids. Rafe realizes why Sami must keep her baby away from the DiMeras. Devastated, Nicole realizes she has to talk to EJ face-to-face. Brady takes Nicole home. EJ arrives and asks Nicole if something's wrong. She says yes. Chelsea and Melanie have a full out brawl in the Brady pub. Philip finally breaks it up. Chelsea runs to Max who promises he'll always be there for her. Stephanie chides Philip for not breaking up the fight sooner. Mel meets an older gentleman and steals his wallet. Later, she's caught by the man and thrown against a wall.
