Victor continues to threaten Kate as Lucas shows up, wondering what's going on. He's shocked to learn about what happened to his beloved Chloe. Victor thinks Kate should tell him who is behind Chloe's sudden illness. Philip arrives and he lowers the boom about Daniel. Lucas is stunned. Cryptic, Victor doubts Daniel is capable of harming someone. He's certain the person who did this will be caught. Lucas feels guilty for not being here for Chloe while Victor privately blasts Kate. He really thinks he ought to turn her in. Philip shows up and thinks for a second his mom may have had something to do with this, but she quickly puts that to rest. Victor is affected by Philip's love for Kate, and realizes he can't turn in the mother of his son. Instead, Victor warns Kate that it's going to get messy, and he won't let Daniel go down for this. After Lexie warns Lucas that Chloe may be in a coma forever, Kate tells Philip they have to tell Lucas about Chloe's infidelity. They tell Lucas the truth and he's rocked to the core. Daniel tells Bo there is no way he tried to kill Chloe. Bo tries to put off Abe, who thinks it's best to arrest Daniel. Upon learning Lucas is back, Bo dispatches Hope to question him hoping they might find another lead. Of course Lucas was out of the country and can prove it, so Daniel is arrested and processed. Victor shows up at the police station, and Bo asks him point blank who did this. Torn, Victor lies by saying he doesn't know. Meanwhile on the pier, Abe and Lexie make plans for a date. Rafe blasts Sami for lying to him and she lays into him saying she doesn't know jack about him. She goes through her life story and tells Rafe it's his turn to bare all. Rafe offers a few facts, but guesses this has more to do with Emily. Sami admits it's true and he tells Sami that on the day they were to be married... Rafe crashed a car into a tree and the impact killed Emily. He storms out and Sami realizes she's pushed too far.
