EJ visits Grace's grave for the first time on her and Sydney's six-month birthday and is infuriated when he sees the name "Brady" on her headstone. He arranges for it to be replaced immediately. Nicole tries to talk him down but only partially succeeds. EJ admits to Nicole that he is driven to exorcize Sami from his thoughts after a recent nightmare. Nicole watches unseen as EJ smashes the old headstone and damns Sami. Kate is shaken by her fantasy of kissing Daniel. She desperately tries to suppress these feelings, gloating to Daniel over her perfect revenge without actually admitting in so many words that she's responsible. When Daniel grabs her, she's shaken by the moment of her unmistakable physical attraction to him, even after all that's transpired. Lucas visits Chloe, damning her for what she's done. He talks to Nathan about her prognosis. Father Matt enters and gives Lucas a different perspective, talking about Chloe's struggles to keep her vow and her love for Lucas. Lucas watches Father Matt anoint Chloe and ponders whether he can possibly forgive her. Stephanie gets Philip to open up to her about the death of his employee. She assures Philip he's a good guy and rightly asserts that he's starting to realize he can't live this life. She urges him to walk away before it's too late. Nathan arrives to pick up Stephanie for the concert in the park. Philip, aware he's interrupting, leaves. He goes home and is greeted by the deferential grieving widow, who's come to apologize for slapping him. When she leaves, we see Philip is tormented by his role in all this. Meanwhile, Stephanie and Nathan enjoy a nice night out. Arianna covers with Brady about the drug delivery. He offers to help with inventory, and she can't resist. Bob warns that Brady will be trouble, but Arianna says she can handle him. Brady and Arianna dance and kiss as both of them enjoy their evening together. However, when Brady almost opens the box containing the drugs, Arianna forces herself to send him away. Arianna opens the box and tastes the cocaine for purity.
