Mia decides the time has come to tell Will the truth about her giving birth. Brady crosses with Mia and tries to talk her out of it but, unsure whether he succeeded, texts Nicole to warn her. Meanwhile, Mia tells Will she was never in rehab, but that she was pregnant and Chad was the father. Reeling, Will asks Mia where the baby is now.
EJ blasts Nicole over her lies and demands to know the whole truth. She tearfully reports Rafe's accusations that she harmed Grace. EJ is contrite when Nicole says she thought EJ might have believed Rafe. They make up and make passionate love. She later gets a text from Brady and slips out of bed. EJ wakes and wonders where she's gone.
Rafe tells Nicole that her restraining order won't keep him from finding out the truth. Meanwhile, Arianna grills Brady about Nicole's secret, but he refuses to confide in her. Arianna then speaks with Rafe, who explains that the clinic nurse shot down his theory about Nicole having caused Grace's death, but he's still convinced she did something. Arianna suggests that Brady may know her secret, but explains that she and Brady broke up, so she can't help him. Rafe ignores the restraining order and tails Nicole to a clandestine meeting with Brady in the park.
Sami decides to stay at the convent in hopes of finding some direction in her life. She dreams about Rafe.
Daniel summons Kate to meet with him one more time, and offers her anything she wants. He pulls out all the stops and finally elicits her confession. Overjoyed, Daniel reveals that he recorded the conversation.
Lucas almost catches Melanie and Nathan injecting Chloe with the drug. Chloe unexpectedly flat lines, but is revived by Lexie. Chloe remains in very critical condition, and Lexie realizes that she received another dose of the toxin. Lucas deduces that Melanie and Nathan must be responsible.
