Brady meets with Sami and offers to help her track down Rafe. Brady mentions he's also doing it for Arianna and lets it slip that they're back together. He asks Sami not to say anything, per Arianna's wishes, and Sami agrees. Meanwhile, Rafe is in bad condition on a boat with Carly and Omar. Carly says he needs medicine and knows where she can get some as Omar docks at the Salem pier... Chad is a deer in headlights as Nicole tries to seduce him. Nicole mutters a seductive line and Chad realizes that she was a porn actress. She tries to use this to her advantage, but it's no use so she starts to get more desperate and begs Chad to let her keep Sydney, but it falls on deaf ears. Devastated, Nicole goes to Brady and says she needs him, but it's not the only thing she wants. She wants to go away with him. Sami decides to track down Chad and try to talk some sense into him. Sami finds Chad at the Java Café and attempts to appeal to him by telling him he can't put his selfish needs and agenda ahead of Sydney. She attempts to relate to his situation and admits to being a selfish teenage mother in the past. She asks him to let Sydney stay with her adoptive mother which Chad ponders. Arianna tells Roman she wants out of the undercover assignment and reveals that Victor has her number. Roman offers some tough advice and Arianna realizes that if she doesn't go through with the assignment she could go back to prison. Therefore she's full steam ahead, hoping Brady and Victor won't find out her secrets. Bo shows up at the hospital to discuss instating a volunteer program at the police station like the one at the hospital. After Lexie advises Bo to ask Hope to help, Bo reveals Hope has moved out for some space and taken Ciara with her. Lexie is supportive and Bo says he's determined to fight for his family just as Carly sneaks in, dressed as a doctor, and acquires medicine for Rafe. Will Bo notice Carly?
