Abe and Lexie fire their caregiver, Lacey, for letting Theo run off. Lacey makes a call to the current mayor and offers some unflattering information about Abe. Later, Lacey accuses Abe and Lexie of being terrible parents. Abe wants to fight, but Lexie has had enough. Sami thinks EJ will be too focused on Nicole to realize Sami is pregnant, too. Meanwhile, Nicole and EJ see their baby on an ultrasound and a paternity test proves EJ is the father. Stephanie and Max go to Bo to run Trent's wallet for prints, but their prints are the only ones on the wallet. Melanie tells Nick she thinks his drinking was because of her and thinks he needs to stay away from her, but Nick disagrees. The two of them come together in a hot kiss.
