Philip and Melanie realize Owen is likely Stephanie's kidnapper. As Philip works to evade the police, Melanie offers her help in tracking down Stephanie. Melanie gets information about Owen's father's job at the nearby morgue, and Philip sets out with Melanie to go question him. Meanwhile, Owen overhears that Melanie and Philip are on to him and realizes he needs to change his plans to go away immediately with Stephanie. In the claustrophobic morgue drawer, Stephanie cries for Philip to save her and stops breathing. Owen gives her mouth-to-mouth and a disoriented Stephanie slaps him. Owen becomes angry, and Stephanie fears for her life when he pulls out a gun. Bo, Brady, and Victor have it out over what went down at the pier. Before Brady can get a word out, Victor discredits him. After Brady leaves, Victor blames Bo for always going by the book. If anything should happen to Stephanie, it will be on Bo's hands. Bo shares harsh words with Victor about their family ties. Later, Victor lays into Brady and disowns him for ratting out his family to the police. EJ fears his father won't pull through as Stefano remains in a diabetic coma. Lexie argues that EJ needs to help the police and end this feud because he's the only one that can while Nicole tries to persuade EJ not to listen to Lexie. She warns him not to tell the police about Owen because she needs him here and not in prison. After Stefano finally awakens, Lexie tells EJ and they vow Stefano will pull through. Bo reads EJ his rights for assault and offers him a deal in exchange for info regarding Stephanie.
