Stefano wants Nicole to sell Philip down the river, but she won't put a nail into anyone's coffin until she knows if Tony is going to make it. Hope finally gets Nicole alone away from Stefano and she tells Hope she can't tell her about what happened in the pier. Victor arrives and advises Philip against saying anything. Meanwhile, Tony continues to fight to stay alive and tries to tell EJ that Sydney is not his and Nicole's baby, however, when Tony spots Nicole, his monitors speed up, sending him into cardiac arrest. Rafe lays into Will and tries to get him to cut Sami some slack, and eventually, Will gives in. At the same time, Sami has no choice but to introduce Grace to Roman. Roman's skeptical, but Sami says she's not asking for his permission, but only for his support. Caroline surprises Sami with her point of view and thinks she's doing a noble thing. Roman, to a degree, does too, but hopes Sami isn't making a big mistake. Will returns and apologizes to his mom for the way he acted. Sami looks to Rafe, wondering what got into Will.
