EJ promises Sami his temporary injunction giving him custody will become permanent and Sami will never see her son again. Angry, Sami rails on EJ, vowing to fight him. EJ threatens Rafe and Sami is ultimately forced to say good-bye to Johnny. Later, Sami charges over to Philip and Stephanie's to ask for help in burying EJ. At the graveyard, Rafe finds an upset Nicole grieving over Grace. Later, Arianna shows up and offers comfort to her brother. Chloe is poised to eat the poison treats on the Hearth and Home show, but her nerves (being around Daniel) get to her and she drops the treats spilling them all over her and Daniel. Upset, Kate is apoplectic, but manages to re-poison the treats and it looks like Lucas will eat one.
