Recap

Daniel is brought to the police station in handcuffs. Hope conducts the formal questioning. Daniel insists he's innocent and that Kate is behind poisoning Chloe and framing Daniel for it. Bo's gut tells him Daniel is innocent. Abe arrives at the station and tells Bo that Internal Affairs will be watching his every move. Bo can't afford to be lenient. When a second test on the drug bottle confirms Daniel's prints are on it, Abe tells Bo he knows what he has to do. Meanwhile, Daniel tells Hope, if she doesn't believe his story, Chloe will back him up when she comes out of the coma. Lexie gets test results back that lead her to believe Chloe may never come out of the coma. Kate must face Victor's questions and suspicions of her hatred and quest for revenge against Chloe. When he finds out Chloe was poisoned, he thinks Kate did it. He's willing to let it go until he finds out Daniel is the main suspect and in jail. Lucas returns, and Victor is about to blow Kate out of the water. Sami questions Meredith some more about Meredith's dead sister and Rafe's ex-fiancée, Emily. She finds out Meredith blames Rafe for ruining Emily's life. Rafe questions why Roman has come to see Sami. Roman keeps Sami's confidence, and reminds him that Rafe did the same thing regarding Grace. Roman cautions Rafe on what he's getting into with Sami. She comes with a lot of secrets and drama. When Sami comes home, Rafe gives her every chance to come clean about where she's been. Sami won't say, and Rafe finally asks her why she's lying.
