Mia and Sami both go into labor at the same time. While Sister Theresa rushes Sami to see Dr. Baker, Nicole arrives at Mia's apartment to find the young woman is too far along to take her to the clinic. Mia can't move, and Nicole is going to have to deliver the baby herself. After much struggle, Nicole helps Mia deliver a baby girl. Meanwhile, Sami arrives at the clinic. She's horrified when it appears the baby is in distress. At the loft, Rafe is spent from having been tortured and continues to lead the killer on. When the killer becomes fed up with Rafe's mind games, he vows to kill Sami's children. At the Brady pub, Daniel runs into Chloe. Both are still aware of what needs to be done before they can be together, which means they're going to have to keep their hands off of each other. Kate arrives and apologizes to Daniel while Lucas does the same with Chloe. The guilt is strong for both of them. When Daniel sees Chloe with Allie, he realizes where she needs to be. Meanwhile, a playful food fight erupts between Chloe, Lucas, Allie and Johnny. Caroline finds the fight to be amusing and doesn't break it up even as Victor disapproves. She tells Victor how happy everyone seems, but Victor knows Chloe. She's poison. He worries Lucas' relationship is doomed. Alone, Daniel calls Chloe and leaves a message saying he knows where she belongs. Philip wants to take Stephanie on a fancy date, but she has another idea. She takes him to the Cheatin' Heart where they play a game of pool. Stephanie beats him, but she's offended when she realizes he allowed her to win. Philip pays the bartender to clear everyone out so he and Stephanie can have some romantic time alone. However, Philip is soon called away on business.
