Daniel finds unconscious Stephanie and brings her to the ER, where he realizes she overdosed on her anti-anxiety meds. Melanie finds the pills Stephanie left in the hospital room and clues in that there's still trouble in paradise. Earlier, Bo comes across Philip and Victor doing business on the pier and warns them he's keeping an eye on them. Rafe comes across Mia with Brady at the church and starts to twig to the fact that they have a secret. Maggie asks Melanie to do some work at the Horton cabin. Lexie is grateful for Hope's donation to a charitable autism-related cause, but Hope is upset that her picture is in the paper; it was supposed to be anonymous. Hope finds out Nathan has come in contact with Melanie and tells him that Melanie's the girl Nick was involved with.
