Outside the Horton cabin, Melanie hopes Philip and Stephanie will reunite. Inside, Philip does his best to try to work things out with Stephanie. Unfortunately for Philip, Stephanie is not going back. She tells Philip this is hard for her as well, but she can't be with him. Meanwhile, Brady shows up, having left his watch from the day before, and guesses Melanie's machinations didn't pan out very well. Later, Brady goes to check on Stephanie at the hospital and while she covers the best she can, she later breaks down, and Nathan is there to offer comfort. Chloe is sick and tells Lexie to keep Daniel away from her. Meanwhile, Daniel arrives to give his letter of resignation. After she falls asleep, Chloe mutters words regarding Daniel, which leaves Lexie wondering what Daniel did to her. Meanwhile, Chris falls into the role of the unwitting accomplice and blurts to Maggie that there's trouble between Daniel and Chloe. Disturbed, Maggie wonders what exactly is going on between them. Meanwhile, Chloe wakes to find Kate in her room. She tells Chloe that Daniel is leaving the show and Kate's been so horrible to make poor Chloe work in those awful conditions. Kate goes on to say that after one more show, Chloe will never have to see her ex-lover, again. Bo and Hope throw a birthday party for Ciara unaware the sketchy guy has made contact with their daughter.
